Beauty Tea

Also known as Oriental Beauty Tea, this is the queen of Taiwan's characteristic teas. Made from the Ching-Hsin Ta-Mou tea tree cultivar, it features an elegant and unique floral aroma. The tender buds and leaves have a high content of sweet compounds, which particularly attract the tea jassid, producing a natural and special honey aroma. Through the production process of heavily fermented oolong tea, it presents a unique floral and honey fragrance. The addition of a unique Taiwanese method of yellowing after pan-firing further produces a ripe fruity flavor.
